AWS/AML Firmware Update Release Notes R2-5-0 - Improved SDI-12 Measurement command to only request 1x measurement per logging interval. - Adds support for new sensors with extended timing on SDI-12 for less chance of data being missed or represented as NAN or blank in data. - Adds bug fix where in some circumstances the AML will not report low power mode when battery is flat enough to warrant blocking of a measurement. - Adds bug fix for I2C lines to Breakout Box for SDI-12 management when breakout box is disconnected that previously made the AML hang or disconnect. R2-4-3 - Fix for reducing the likelihood of “NAN” “Not A Number” being produced in data and on CIS live screen during a real measurement. - Update / Tweak to measurement initialisation sequence for SDI-12 system to ensure sensors have time to power up and settle before they are interrogated - Other fixes to general stability of AML / AWS. R2-3-9: SDI-12 handling improvement when there are a large number of devices on the SDI-12 bus R2-3-7 and R2-3-8: Adds messaging for use with iridium (satellite) hubs R2-3-6: Fixes a potential issue where unprintable characters can be inserted in the log file R2-2-8: Fixes for inbuilt lookup tables and fix to ordering of Analog channels list in available devices list. R2-2-4: Adds improvements to: a) Micro SD Card Data Management (Driver and File System Stability Updates). b) Micro SD Power Control Management Improvements. c) Data File header and corruption fixes such as missing lines in data or complete blocks missing. R2-2-3 (18/08/15): Enables alarms to be set for channels on AML and AWS instruments.
